What you are going to do:
- Setting up and launching Facebook Ads campaigns to rapidly increase conversions at optimal acquisition costs.
- Testing and scaling new paid channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn Ads and others.
- Executing regional user acquisition plans and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Maintaining reports and budgets, and providing analytics to measure campaign performance.
- Developing analytical tools to better evaluate marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with designers and copywriters to create creative promotional materials.
- Collaborating with product managers to improve conversion rates across all digital platforms.
- Testing new user engagement funnels and products for promotion.
What we expect from you
- Exceptional Facebook Ads skills. Experience with other paid channels will be an added advantage.
- Experience of working in global markets and in a dynamic environment.
- Strong skills in marketing analytics, A/B testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
- Advanced experience with analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English language level of at least Intermediate.
