What you are going to do:
- Set up and run campaigns on Facebook Ads, drive conversions rapidly at optimal costs per acquisition.
- Test and scale new paid channels like TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Fulfill regional user acquisition plans, manage expectations of business stakeholders, - Maintain reports, budgets, provide insights.
- Develop analytical tools for better marketing campaigns measurement.
- Cooperate with designers and copywriters to set up creative-first approach.
- Cooperate with product managers to improve conversion rates across all digital assets.
- Test new user acquisition funnels and promotion products.
What we expect from you
- Exceptional Facebook Ads skills, other paid channels would be a plus.
- Background in Marketing Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing.
- Advanced experience with analytical tools.
- Developed communication skills.
- English level at least B1.
- Strong proven track record for managing hundreds of thousands in ad spend.
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
- Experience with international markets, understanding of the specifics of working with a particular region.
- Experience working with audience segments.
