Hi! My name is Nikolay, and I’m the Head of Performance at Kodland. I’m currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager, who will be responsible for scaling Google Ads. If you have relevant expertise, have worked with display formats, I’d be happy to have you join us!
What you are going to do:
- Own and scale performance campaigns from scratch across Google Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max formats; Build global foundations - strategy, structure, processes, reporting - from the ground up;
- Work with cross-functional teams to craft creative strategies and acquisition funnels optimized for Google Ads;
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize approaches and share learnings across markets;
- Drive results across the full funnel using creative testing, audience signals, and performance data;
- Partner with analytics, creative, and product teams to keep campaigns aligned and efficient;
- Explore brandformance initiatives in the future - once the core engine is running strong
What we expect from you
- Strong track record with Google Ads (Display & YouTube) in performance-driven setups;
- Confident building systems from scratch - not just inheriting them;
- Global mindset with experience running multi-market campaigns;
- Experience working with sales teams, and with high-ticket products that have long decision-making cycles;
- Analytical, curious, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
- Confident knowledge and hands-on experience with GA4
