What you are going to do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: From sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases: Ensure all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded
- Promote our employer brand.
What we expect from you
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates effectively
- Proficiency in recruitment tools: Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English: Both written and spoken.

- Experience in the EdTech industry
- Familiarity with international recruitment processes.
