What you are going to do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: From sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases: Ensure all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded
• Promote our employer brand.

What we expect from you

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates effectively
• Proficiency in recruitment tools: Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in English: Both written and spoken.

Not a Requirement, But an Advantage

• Experience in the EdTech industry
• Familiarity with international recruitment processes.
