What will you do:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
What we will be expecting from you:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition (focus on international recruitment as a plus).
- Proven experience in recruiting for Marketing, Product, Analytics, IT, and Operations roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
