Help Kodland build the next wave of growth engines. As our Senior UA, you’ll pioneer new acquisition channels (beyond Meta & Google) in priority test regions. Your playbooks will become the foundation for how Kodland acquires customers globally.

What you are going to do:

• Launch new channels: Pilot TikTok and other emerging platforms, finding incremental growth beyond Meta.
• Prove incrementality: Show how new channels add value vs Meta — not just shift spend.
• Build playbooks: Create frameworks for campaign setup, creative formats, measurement, and scaling.
• Partner with regions: Work directly with local marketing teams, ensuring your tests turn into sustainable, repeatable growth engines.

What we expect from you

• You have exceptional Meta Ads skills and ready to dive into TikTok Ads (or other new channels) for launching them
• Data-driven: you care about incrementality, ROMI, LTV, not just CTRs.
• Comfortable with fast tests, small budgets, and proving ROI before scale.
• Thrive in an early-stage, builder environment where frameworks don’t exist yet — you create them.

Not a Requirement, But an Advantage

• Experience with any channels with the potential to generate 10%+ of our traffic (TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, Unity, etc.)
