What you are going to do
- Set up and run campaigns on Facebook Ads, drive conversions rapidly at optimal costs per acquisition,
- Test and scale new paid channels like TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, etc,
- Fulfill regional user acquisition plans, manage expectations of business stakeholders,
- Maintain reports, budgets, provide insights,
- Develop analytical tools for better marketing campaigns measurement
- Cooperate with designers and copywriters to set up creative-first approach,
- Cooperate with product managers to improve conversion rates across all digital assets,
- Test new user acquisition funnels and promotion products.
What we expect from you
- Exceptional Facebook Ads skills, other paid channels would be a plus,
- Experience within Global markets, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
- Background in Marketing Analytics, A/B Testing, and metrics-driven marketing,
- Advanced experience with analytical tools
- Developed communication skills,
