What you are going to do:
- Develop, guide, and motivate a team of five sales managers. Providing constant support and coaching will be essential in helping the sales team reach their monthly revenue targets.
- Be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's objectives, utilizing the OKR methodology to achieve revenue targets.
- Keep sales data updated, help team to keep processes organised & updated
- Promoting the importance of coding education will be a key focus. Your passion for the future of EdTech will help inspire and motivate the sales team.
- Staying updated on the latest customer sales tools and technology is vital. You will leverage these tools to enhance support operations and improve sales channels while proactively seeking new learning opportunities.
- Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Analyzing sales performance data will be crucial for identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
What we expect from you
- People management experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing sales teams (5+). Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
- Advanced English proficiency is required to effectively guide the team and communicate smoothly with our international colleagues. Familiarity with British cultural differences, including nuances like the educational system, would be a plus.
- Adaptability skill: Be flexible and adaptable to changes in sales demands, team dynamics, and company objectives. Stay open to incorporating new tools and technologies.
