What you are going to do:
- Optimize the subscription model to enhance student retention and reduce churn.
- Increase graduate course prolongations by improving transition pathways and boosting their Lifetime Value.
- Identify opportunities and solve key challenges through data analysis and customer research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to test and validate growth hypotheses.
- Take ownership of initiatives with the potential to lead another product team in the future.
What we expect from you
- Solid experience in product management, with a proven track record of improving key business metrics.
- Hands-on experience working with LTV or similar metrics, and a good understanding of what drives them.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in using data to make decisions and run experiments.
- A team player who works well with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
- A passion for creating great user experiences and helping students succeed.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
- Experience in EdTech will be a huge advantage, experience in B2C or operational businesses will be an advantage
