What you are going to do:
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and alignment with strategic objectives;
- Conduct in-depth user research to uncover new market segments and growth opportunities for the product;
- Execute rapid experiments to test new messaging, pricing, funnels, and product offerings;
- Analyze data and feedback loops to continuously refine and optimize marketing campaigns and product features;
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, cultivating a collaborative, results-driven environment.
What we expect from you
- 5+ years of experience in product, marketing, or business roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and results. At least 2 years of experience in product management;
- Expertise in data analysis, with a deep understanding of A/B testing and performance metrics;
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and guide high-performing teams;
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
- Experience in Edtech will be a huge advantage.
