What you are going to do:
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees across Latin America, providing guidance on people-related topics.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to understand and address their HR needs, offering strategic and operational support.
- Oversee HR processes for a large, dynamic team: Support recruitment, onboarding, career development for a workforce of 400+ employees.
- Handle critical people operations tasks, including managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
- Support organizational changes and growth, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
What we expect from you
- Proven HR experience in the Latin American market, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with a diverse team.
- Ability to work in the Latin American time zone, ensuring close alignment with the team.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR practices across multiple LatAm countries.
- Experience managing HR operations for large teams (300+ employees preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
- Familiarity with the EdTech industry or fast-growing startups.
- Experience supporting teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
