What you are going to do:
- Influencer discovery: Searching for and selecting relevant international influencers whose audiences and values align with the brand’s target demographics and positioning.
- Influencer outreach & partnership management: Initiating contact with global creators, discussing and agreeing on collaboration terms, and building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Content guidance & coordination: Developing creative briefs and providing direction to influencers to ensure produced content meets brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Campaign management & optimization: Overseeing influencer campaigns end-to-end, tracking performance, and evaluating key metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Influencer database ownership & in-house scaling: Building, maintaining, and regularly updating an internal influencer database, strengthening direct creator relationships and gradually reducing reliance on external agencies in favor of in-house placements.
- Reporting & insights: Preparing detailed performance reports and summaries with clear insights and conclusions on campaign results.
What we expect from you
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing across multiple social platforms, with campaign exposure in LatAm (preferred) and additional regions such as MENA, Europe, and Tier-1 markets.
- Proven hands-on experience running influencer campaigns end-to-end with clear, measurable results (focus on CAC and ROMI rather than CPM/CPC).
- Strong communication and partnership skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with creators.
- Solid analytical mindset, including performance tracking, reporting, and drawing actionable insights.
- Fluency in English is required.
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
- Spanish is a strong advantage. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
