What you are going to do:
- Develop and manage the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on the Acquisition or Learning Experience area
- Lead a technical team comprising frontend and backend engineers, and a QA specialist
- Build and prioritize the team's backlog, including external features, IT product tasks and R&D
- Plan team resources effectively within the framework of OKRs and weekly sprints, ensuring alignment with business goals.
What we expect from you
- Strong experience with analytics; experience as an analyst or knowledge of SQL
- Experience working with a development team as a stakeholder (experience working with a dedicated team as a product owner is an advantage)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both Backend developers (discussing data models, algorithms, and API capabilities) and Frontend developers (working on interface design, UX/UI)
- Excellent soft skills, with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical language and vice versa
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
