What you are going to do:
- Create eye-catching motion creatives for ads that grab attention within the first few seconds
- Edit short-form videos using pre-recorded footage (mostly in Veed or CapCut — quick, simple tools that get the job done)
- Design static ad creatives that are just as bold and effective
- Work with the design system and contribute to its development and search for interesting solutions
- Participate in the ideation process, make informed and reasoned decisions
- Interact with the international team in English (read TOR, communicate in writing on tasks if necessary)
What we expect from you
- You have a portfolio of well-designed and aesthetically pleasing projects
- Solid work experience in design from 2 years
- Confident skills in working with graphic editors (Figma, PS, AI, Midjourney)
- English level B1
- Understand how design works in marketing and solving specific business problems
- Be able to ask questions of task stakeholders, find appropriate visual concepts, and defend layouts
- Knowledge of AE to create simple animations
