What we expect from you
- 3 years of experience as a Marketing lead, Head of User Acquisition or Head of Growth.
- A proven track record managing monthly budgets over $1M across relevant marketing channels with a strong focus on first purchase profitability and predictable ROI.
- Several successful product marketing strategies that you have defined and executed.
- In-depth expertise in performance channels, considering Russian market limitations.
- Experience in hiring top external talent & nurturing internal A-players.
