What you are going to do:
- Lead and manage the LXD team (instructional designers, content creators, and experience designers)
- Develop and enhance educational products from concept to launch.
Design and refine learning methodologies, incorporating gamification and engagement strategies
- Ensure high-quality course content that is both engaging and impactful.
Apply a data-driven approach to test and validate educational hypotheses
- Work with learning analytics to assess course effectiveness and optimize learning outcomes
- Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and instructors to create high-demand courses
- Build and mentor a community of instructional designers, keeping the team up to date with the latest tools and trends
- Stay ahead of EdTech trends and apply best practices in digital education.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design / Instructional Design / Educational Product Development
- Deep understanding of instructional design methodologies and how children and teens learn best
- Proven experience in EdTech or educational startups, especially in creating engaging, gamified courses
- Strong background in team leadership, managing instructional designers, content developers, and UX teams
- Data-driven mindset – experience in A/B testing, learning analytics, and decision-making based on data
- Hands-on experience with learning metrics, understanding how to measure engagement, retention, and learning outcomes
- Familiarity with gamification, interactive content, and digital learning formats is a strong advantage
- A product-oriented approach – ability to create learning experiences that are engaging and effective, not just instructional materials.
