Kodland grows through paid acquisition on Meta and Google. Creative
is the biggest lever left on CPL and ROAS, and the current algorithms
reward volume, diversity and fast iteration. We need a leader who runs
creative as a production system — ideation → brief → production → test
→ learn → scale — uses AI to multiply output, and makes creative a layer
of the whole funnel.
What you are going to do:
- Throughput and automation: generative image, video and voice, templated variations, AI tagging and semi-automatic test launches as the default way of working; a roadmap to video-first production.
- Diversity of output: many concepts, hooks and visual directions per market and cohort, not reskins of one idea; working angles beyond direct offer and direct hook.
- Analytics-driven creative: read ad performance, feed it into weekly creative planning, speed up tagging, asset reuse and multi-format production.
- Landing pages in the pipeline: ad and page tell one story — concept, copy and visual system end-to-end, together with growth managers.
- Team and processes: lead and grow producers and designers, hire and restructure as needed; shared briefs, reviews, copy & concept QA, a quality scorecard across regions.
- Brand and customer journey: wire creative into the brand system and CRM communications, so paid, product and lifecycle touchpoints look like one company.
What we expect from you
- 5–7+ years in performance creative or creative ops in B2C: edtech, subscription and mobile apps, performance agencies, e-commerce. You built or scaled a creative process.
- You read ad metrics natively (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS, hook and hold rates) and decide from them.
- Hands-on with the current AI stack for image, video, voice and copy, and with automation. Deeper than “I generate images with AI”.
- Crisp copy and concept sense: you can tell a hook that will work from one that won't, and you can brief a visual system, not only a banner.
- You have led producers and designers across regions and made the hard calls on people and priorities.
