We're looking for a Growth Manager to own our experimentation engine and help us unlock new growth opportunities across international markets. You'll continuously test ideas, optimize offers and landing pages, and use data to improve conversion throughout the customer journey. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining experimentation, analytics, and execution to drive measurable business impact.

What you are going to do:

• Own a continuous experimentation pipeline: generate hypotheses, launch A/B tests, analyze results, and scale successful solutions;
• Improve conversion across acquisition and consideration stages by optimizing offers, value propositions, and landing page experiences;
• Adapt proven growth mechanics across different markets, tailoring them to local customer behavior and market specifics;
• Partner closely with Creative, Regional Acquisition, Product, and Analytics teams to execute growth initiatives;
• Analyze experiment results, customer behavior, and funnel performance to identify new growth opportunities and prioritize future tests.

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, CRO, or similar roles;
• Proven track record of improving conversion through experimentation with offers, value propositions, and landing pages;
• Experience owning end-to-end experimentation processes, from hypothesis generation to implementation and scaling;
• Strong understanding of marketing unit economics and conversion funnels;
• Confidence working with analytics tools, dashboards, and data to drive decisions;
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority;
• Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and hypothesis-driven mindset;
• Advanced English required.

• Experience in EdTech, subscription, or other digital B2C products;
• Experience working across multiple regions or languages.
