We are looking for a Global Paid UA Growth & Automation Lead to help us scale the volume and efficiency of our paid acquisition, which generates the majority of the company’s revenue, with a strong focus on automation. The ideal candidate should have a technical mindset and be ready to collaborate with various teams and regions

What you are going to do:
- Monitor the quality of acquisition and implement acquisition standards, with a focus on Meta Ads,
- Independently run technical tests in Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc,
- Configure and optimize AI tools (e.g., Revealbot) for ads campaign management, and all related processes (e.g. bulk creation), making the entire process more automated and less dependent on the human factor,
- Continue developing ML models and creating synthetic events to optimize advertising campaigns,
- Automate the collection and updating of audience data,
- Integrate AI to analyze data, extract insights from calls and trial classes recordings,
- Audit and ensure accurate tracking and attribution of marketing data, as well as all third-party integrations,
- Take part in the hiring process and candidate scoring for UA managers roles,
- Develop standardized playbooks and train UA managers,
- Organize training sessions to address knowledge gaps within the team,
- Implement anti-fraud solutions to test channels with potential traffic risks.
What we expect from you
- Extensive experience with Meta Ads, managing budgets of at least $1 million per month,
- Recent hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc, with the ability to independently run technical test,
- Strong experience with AI tools (e.g., Revealbot, CharGPT) for managing ad campaigns and related processes optimization,
- Cases of implementing similar tools with proven business impact (e.g., revenue growth, improved campaign performance or cost savings),
