We are looking for an efficiency manager whose goal will be to build global purchasing power and improve knowledge sharing between traffic managers across different channels. The ideal candidate should have a data-driven mindset and be willing to collaborate with different teams and regions.

What you are going to do:
- Lead global performance marketing strategy and execution.
- Build and manage centralized competence in paid channels, ensuring knowledge transfer across regions.
- Launch and scale new paid channels (TikTok, Snapchat, DSPs).
- Own global accounts setup to secure better pricing and vendor discounts.
- Support regional performance managers with best practices, playbooks, and campaign frameworks.
- Collaborate with PMMs and creatives to test new campaigns and funnels.
- Track and optimize performance KPIs across regions.
What we expect from you
- 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally in high-growth B2C tech.
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition through multiple paid channels.
- Strong skills in campaign optimization, attribution, and budget allocation.
- Ability to manage agencies and vendor relationships.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with CAC/LTV models.
