What you are going to do:
- Grow existing acquisition channels and develop new ones, including PPC (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and others), CRM, SMM, influencer marketing, content marketing etc.
- Conduct large-scale, complex tests in collaboration with the Ops and Product teams—identifying new CJMs, discovering new audience segments, bringing new products to market etc.
- Enhance marketing analytics with a strong focus on automation and in-depth optimization.
- Build and manage the marketing department, including cross-functional regional teams, fostering alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Define and execute a long-term marketing strategy to drive sustainable growth.
What we ideally expect from you
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in paid channels, with hands-on experience in ad buying or growth marketing, particularly in high-growth, international B2C EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses managing budgets of $1M+ per month.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing multi-channel acquisition strategies, including CRM, SMM, influencer marketing, and PPC.
- Strong background in advertising analytics and automation, with experience optimizing paid media acquisition processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams, ensuring efficiency, alignment, and continuous growth.
