What you are going to do:
- Develop Kodland’s global brand platform: positioning, narrative, tone of voice, visual identity, brand guidelines.
- Adapt brand platform into regional contexts: ensure LATAM, APAC, CEE teams have culturally relevant yet consistent brand expressions.
- Lead creative and design teams: manage in-house and agency partners, set creative standards, brief and review campaigns.
- Create brand toolkits for regions: asset libraries, content playbooks, messaging frameworks.
- Supervise consistency across touchpoints: website, product, social presence, offline activations.
- Partner with regional marketing leads: support them with brand materials but do not own local media budgets.
- Guard the long-term brand equity: measure perception, track visual/verbal alignment, prevent fragmentation.
What we expect from you
- 7–10+ years in brand/creative leadership roles (global or multi-market scope).
- Experience building brand platforms (not just executing campaigns).
- Strong creative judgment: able to brief, select, and challenge agencies/production.
- Cross-cultural experience: knows how to balance global consistency with local relevance.
- Track record of managing creative/design teams (not just external agencies).
- Excellent storyteller — able to inspire both internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent English
