Hello! I’m Aleksandr, CEO of Kodland. We’re launching a new education-focused product within our holding and are looking for a Founding Product Lead / Co-Founder to help shape and grow it. The project is already at an early but active stage - the core hypothesis is defined, market research is completed, and a manual MVP is in progress. You’ll work closely with me and internal team to develop the product further and assess its potential for scaling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working in dynamic environments, and contributing to the creation of new products from the ground up.
What you are going to do:
- Take ownership of a new education-focused product as a Founding Product Lead / Co-Founder, from early MVP to either scalable growth or a clear decision to stop.
- Turn a manual MVP into a real product: formalize core flows, remove workarounds, and design systems that can scale.
- Build and iterate on product hypotheses, validate them through real usage, data, and unit economics.
- Automate key parts of the product and operations, moving from manual → semi-automated → automated workflows.
- Define and track core metrics (funnels, CAC, LTV, retention) and use them to guide product decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams and the CEO, act as an owner of outcomes rather than an executor of tasks.
- Create a repeatable, scalable foundation that can later support growth and expansion.
What we expect from you
- Experience building or scaling products at an early stage (0→1 or early growth), ideally in B2C, EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based products.
- Strong product thinking with a clear understanding of funnels, unit economics, and user behavior.
- An AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using LLMs (GPT, Claude, or open-source models).
- Ability to quickly prototype solutions using tools like Notion, Airtable, Zapier/Make, and LLM-powered workflows.
- Experience designing processes that evolve from manual execution into scalable, automated systems.
- Comfort working in uncertainty, making decisions with incomplete data, and taking ownership of results.
- Fluent English for working with international teams and documentation.
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
- Experience or personal familiarity with the education or admissions industry, especially in Western markets
