What you are going to do:
- Team Leadership: Develop, guide & motivate the sales team in Kodland LatAm. Constant support & coaching of team leaders in the Sales team. Assist in reaching monthly revenue targets of the sales teams.
- Targets reaching: Develop & implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets that align with the company's objectives (we use OKR methodology).
- Administrative work: Keep sales data up to date, help team to keep processes organized & updated
- Happy Customers, Always: Understand that coding is the key product for our customers. Be fully interested in EdTech future & transmit this idea to the sales team
- Embrace Technology: Stay updated on the latest customer sales tools and tech. Use them to make our support operations smoother and sales channels better.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports to high-level management. Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
You're a great fit for us if you have:
- People management experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
- Spanish and English at least at the Upper-Intermediate level to easily communicate with our international team.
- Adaptability skill: Be flexible and adaptable to changes in sales demands, team dynamics, and company objectives. Stay open to incorporating new tools and technologies.
