What you are going to do:
- Independently develop new concepts for advertising performance creatives;
- Continuously study the market and competitors, write detailed specifications for commercials and banners, conduct brainstorms;
- Keep statistics of sprints;
- Analyze the results of tests and advertising campaigns in terms of creatives, draw conclusions and make new hypotheses based on these analytics;
- Conduct user research in LATAM region to shape new value propositions in advertising;
- Track trends and hype events globally and in a specific region to quickly respond and realize their potential in advertising.
What we expect from you:
- Producer experience of one year or more, and have successful cases of creating and implementing creative strategy;
- English level from B1 for more effective communication with related departments;
- Experience with AI tools;
- Skill in conducting competitive analysis within your function;
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and understand how to improve them.
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
- Familiarity with advertising apps and web platforms in the education segment will be a plus.
